On the job, if you have chose this option, our Project Manager will oversee the installation and rendering to ensure the work is done on time and to the highest standards.

The Technical Centre is your one-stop resource for EIFS information, it offers:

• Over the phone installation technical advice. We can also provide onsite advice if it is required.
• A detailed instruction manual to enable DIY installation, download the Step By Step Guide here.
• Regular regional and metropolitan building seminars to promote EIFS.
• Regular feedback to regulatory bodies; building surveyors (AIBS), Councils, the CSIRO and the MBAV.
• Assistance to architects and builders at planning stage to ensure all construction details for EIFS are appropriate. Our technical team can advise on building with a weatherproof building fabric, download our comprehensive Construction Details and Product Specifications here.
• A comprehensive analysis of your project to ensure that EIFS and other systems and materials combine to deliver optimum performance of the external building fabric, particularly with regard to water ingress.

DEDICATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT
When you choose a MasterWall installation and/or rendering service, our Project Team will co-ordinate the installation and/or render process and monitor the progress of the work.

A Pre-installation inspection ensures the site is ready for installation.

A Post installation inspection ensure MasterWall installation instructions and specifications have been completed satisfactorily.

A Post render inspection reviews the completed work to ensure it is of the highest standard.
