This large scale development presented challenges
from the outset due to the installation of different architectural finishes. Timing was also critical to ensure the budget could be met. Given these parameters, a MasterWall EIFS system was the logical choice. The smooth finish of the MasterWall System blended with the other architectural materials to create a harmonious and contemporary design. The lightweight nature of the product also ensured the it could be transported around the site quickly and efficiently to meet the installation deadlines of fitting off against other materials, and in turn minimising scaffolding costs.
